I teach young adults life skills that help them manage stress and anxiety effectively so they can joyfully participate in everyday life.

Thanks to these life skills, Nathan was able to go from an anxiety and fear-ridden teenager to an accomplished and confident 30-year-old.

About Nathan.

Nathan Crankfield was born and raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He is the youngest of his father’s seven children birthed by five different mothers. Nathan grew up with serious anxiety due to his unstable home environment. Despite his troubles, he secured an Army ROTC scholarship which allowed him to pay his way through Mount St. Mary’s University.

During his early 20s, Nathan realized that his stress and anxiety wouldn’t remain in his childhood. He decided to seek out solutions, believing that he may be able to find answers to the many unknowns that kept him up at night.

Nathan contributes his successes to three main life skills that have helped him to manage stress and anxiety en route to accomplishing many of his life goals by age 30. Nathan is now happily married with a one-year-old son. He hosts the podcast Seeking Excellence with Nathan Crankfield and serves as a Senior Partnership Executive at Hallow, the #1 prayer app in the world. He is also an Airbnb host, national speaker, blogger, and the Managing Partner of MDK & Associates, a consulting firm co-founded by NFL Pro Bowl Kicker, Harrison Butker.

Upon graduation, he was commissioned as an infantry officer and went on to Fort Benning, GA where he completed infantry training, Airborne School, and Ranger School. He then transitioned to Fort Bragg’s 82nd Airborne Division where he served as a platoon leader for three years, including a combat deployment to Afghanistan.
